I have never laughed at any of bolinns jokes, korra pissed me off, tenzin bores me, Lin is alright in parts season one, but gets pretty stupid in season 2, asami does not interest me at all, i don't really care if we find out more about her, tenzins kids don't add too much to the show, besides making the finale more confusing, amon was an unbelievably boring villain (IMO again, to be clear), unalok(?) was far too predictable to be interesting, and so on. thats fine, but the execution was terrible. i feel like they tried to re-create a lot of the personality elements of the original gaang members in the new team avatar. honestly though lack of character development isn't an exuse for bad characters, i mean toph was perfectly badass at her introduction. but what really gets me is the characters, not only do they lack development at all over two complete seasons, but i feel no connection to them whatsoever. anyway the biggest reason i don't like LOK is the characters, i could go on about the plot, how korra acts like season 1 didn't happen, the ridiculous finale to season two, and so on.
